Mariana’s Newcastle 1 Adult Family Home was Built in 2014. 7 Bedrooms, 7 Bathrooms (Residents floor)
Each of the Resident’s bedrooms are very spacious, Includes a Big Screen T.V. and has a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower that is wheelchair-accessible.
All En-Suite Bathrooms Are Specifically Designed to Meet the Needs Of Our Elderly Residents.
Live-in Caregivers Quarters within the home, with 1 Master bedroom, Livingroom, and Full Master Bathroom.
This AFH was Custom Built Specifically Designed to Meet the Needs of the Elderly with Comfort and Contemporary Style.
Hardwood Floors Throughout Entire Home. Lots of Sunlight and Plenty of Room for Entertaining.

This is a Contemporary and A Modern home that contains 9 Bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms in total when considering the Live-in Caregivers Quarters inside the home to ensure there is always a caregiver (or 2) on staff 24/7.
The administrators’ office is located inside this Home and is open M-F from 9am-5pm for Resident Convenience.
In addition to live-in caregivers 24/7, the AFH Provider and Resident Manager are also on-call 24-7 and reside in the neighborhood so there is always someone available!
This home features a beautiful outdoor gazebo that is perfect for parties and get-togethers during the warmer months.
